In 2014, Being an International Trade Executive for the Colombian Government Trade Office and motivated by the birth of her first daughter, Silvia Cobos decided to create a women’s footwear brand named VIDA LEATHER which was born out of a personal need to find comfortable, quality and stylish footwear that would not break the bank and fit in her new lifestyle as a working mom. This is how she started as an empirical designer giving creative and design direction to Women led factories in Colombia to develop handcrafted products that would solve the needs of the real woman, the woman that Silvia was experiencing as an Executive of the Government and Mother at the same time.<\/p>

In January 2018, after 12 years assisting in the promotion and internationalization of Colombian Fashion brands, Silvia decides to dedicate her full time and attention to the promotion and growth of the brand that today bears her name: SILVIA COBOS and apply that experience in her own company, facing the challenges of product development, production planning, ideation and execution of marketing and sales strategies, implementation of assertive sales tools, participation in international fairs, alliances with influencers and industry leaders, while mixing the great challenge of interpreting trends and needs, sustainable materials and footwear construction techniques that would allow her to meet her value proposition.<\/p>

In this time, Silvia has brought her brand to international markets with a wholesale presence in boutiques, concept Stores and multibrands in more than 15 markets including the United States, England, Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, Mexico, Haiti, Trinidad and Tobago, Colombia and more recently entering new markets such as Spain, Portugal, Italy and Greece.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

En el 2014, siendo una ejecutiva de comercio exterior para ProColombia y motivada por el nacimiento de su primera hija, Silvia Cobos decidi\u00f3 crear una marca de Zapatos llamada Vida Leather. La cual naci\u00f3 de la necesidad personal de Silvia de encontrar zapatos c\u00f3modos, de calidad y con estilo que no fueran tan caros y se ajustaran con su nuevo estilo de vida de madre trabajadora. As\u00ed fue como empez\u00f3 su carrera como dise\u00f1adora emp\u00edrica, d\u00e1ndole direcci\u00f3n creativa y de dise\u00f1o a f\u00e1bricas lideradas por mujeres colombianas las cuales desarrollan zapatos hechos a mano. Estos dise\u00f1os resolver\u00edan la necesidad de mujeres reales que trabajan y son mam\u00e1s al mismo tiempo.<\/p>

En enero del 2018, despu\u00e9s de 12 ayudando a la promoci\u00f3n e internacionalizaci\u00f3n de marcas de moda colombianas Silvia decide dedicar su atenci\u00f3n tiempo completo a su marca, la cual se llama actualmente SILVIA COBOS y as\u00ed aplicar todo su conocimiento y experiencia al crecimiento de la marca.<\/p>

En este momento Silvia a llevado su marca a mercados internacionales con su propuesta mayorista para boutiques, concept stores y tiendas multimarca en m\u00e1s de 15 pa\u00edses. Los cuales incluyen: USA, Inglaterra, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panam\u00e1, M\u00e9xico, Hait\u00ed, Trinidad y Tobago, Colombia y recientemente entrando a nuevos mercados como Espa\u00f1a, Portugal, Italia y Grecia.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
