Ugly Duckling is a men’s beachwear brand born in Mexico City in 2019. We believe that all men have the right to have fun and look their best while enjoying the sun and the beach, the pool and their friends. Our sizes are designed for all types of bodies, because we all fit in here! In addition to our regular line, which ranges from XS to 3XL, we can manufacture any of our suits in any custom size.<\/p>

We design our fabrics and patterns and constantly offer new and refreshing options. We are not the one-color swimsuit that defined our ancestors. No.<\/p>

We are aware of the importance of sustainability, both environmental and social, which is why we have established an environmentally friendly and ethical production model with the people who are part of our chain. Everyone involved in creating Ugly Duckling receives a fair wage with legal benefits and all of our supplies are 100% recyclable.<\/p>

We use much less water in the manufacturing of our fabrics compared to other similar processes. And 100% of that water is treated and 60% will be reused. We take into account that the global textile industry produces large amounts of waste. To counter that, our collections are limited and we invest in generating quality so that our pieces remain intact for much longer.<\/p>

We produce in Mexico, hand in hand with a sewing provider with a recognized track record and the best conditions for hygiene and safety, where workers receive a fair wage and legal benefits. In addition, 80% of the people who work there have some type of cognitive or physical disability, which fills us with great pride.<\/p>

Ugly Duckling es una marca de trajes de ba\u00f1o para hombres que naci\u00f3 en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico en 2019. Para nosotros todos los hombres tienen derecho a divertirse y verse bien cuando est\u00e1n disfrutando del sol y la playa, de la alberca y los amigos. Por eso nuestras tallas est\u00e1n pensadas para todo tipo de cuerpos, porque \u00a1ac\u00e1 cabemos todos! Adem\u00e1s de nuestra l\u00ednea regular, que va desde el XS al 3XL, podemos fabricar en cualquier talla que el cliente requiera.<\/p>

Dise\u00f1amos nuestras telas y patrones y ofrecemos nuevas y refrescantes opciones, constantemente. No somos el traje de ba\u00f1o unicolor que defini\u00f3 a nuestros antepasados. No, nos negamos a serlo.<\/p>

Estamos conscientes de la importancia de la sustentabilidad, tanto ambiental como social, por lo que hemos establecido un modelo productivo respetuoso con el ambiente y \u00e9tico con las personas que forman parte de nuestra cadena. Todas las personas involucradas en la creaci\u00f3n de Ugly Duckling reciben un salario justo con prestaciones de ley y todos nuestros insumos son 100% reciclables.<\/p>

Usamos much\u00edsima menos agua en la elaboraci\u00f3n de nuestras telas, comparado con otros procesos similares. Y 100% de esa agua es tratada y un 60% ser\u00e1 reusada. Tenemos en cuenta que la industria textil mundial produce grandes cantidades de desperdicio y para contrarrestar eso, nuestras colecciones son limitadas e invertimos en generar calidad, para que nuestras piezas se mantengan intactas por mucho m\u00e1s tiempo.<\/p>

Producimos en M\u00e9xico, de la mano con un proveedor de costura con reconocida trayectoria y las mejores condiciones de higiene, seguridad e iluminaci\u00f3n, y donde los trabajadores reciben un salario justo y prestaciones de ley. Adem\u00e1s, 80% de las personas que ah\u00ed laboran tienen alg\u00fan tipo de discapacidad, cognitiva o f\u00edsica, lo que nos llena de mucho orgullo.
