ALDEA is laboratory that explores simplicity through clothes. Simplicity as the most complex formto be created. A carefully nexus of the body between materials, silhouettes, colors and processes. Natural fibers, textiles innovation, traditional crafts and progressive techniques .Aldea (from the Spanish translation \u0301village \u0301) is a build of an inner voice supplied by collective processes.<\/p>

2012.<\/span> We were born. We started this path after being discovered by Fucsia magazine, when we won a design contest. We created our first collection called L\u00c1CTEA.<\/p>

2013.<\/span> With our collection named BAHAREQUE, inspired in mudconstruction, we made our second runway, which was presented in Colombia moda.<\/p>

2014.<\/span> Carolina Sep\u00falveda, our creative director, won the \u201cBest way of working with fabrics\u201d award by the International Appareal Federation in Beijing.<\/p>

2015.<\/span> We were invited by MICSUR (Mercado de Industrias Culturales del Sur) to Argentina, to represent Colombia with our latest collection at the time, called TRAZOS. On that same year, we were invited to Honduras Fashion Week.<\/p>

2016.<\/span> Our collections TABAQUER\u00cdA and ANTROPOFAGIA were presented in Madrid by the Colombian Embassy in Spain.<\/p>

2017.<\/span> We presented our collection LA VIOLA CHILENSIS in the Wold Latin Trends event in Chile. On the same year, we won the prize for the contest \u201cMaestros Ancestrales\u201d, were a co-creation process was made with indigenous people from Wounnaan and Embera, from Colombia.<\/p>

2018.<\/span> A new collection was made with the name of L\u00c1CTEA II. Once again, we won the contest\u201cMaestros Ancestrales\u201d for the second time in a roll. This time, we worked with the indigenous people from Valle del Sibundoy, in Colombia.<\/p>

2019.<\/span> Our first seasonless(or all seansons)collection was created. It was called Ground Aquatic Winter.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

ALDEA es un laboratorio donde se exploran diferentes lenguajes que se revelan a trav\u00e9s de ropas simples. La simpleza, como se sabe, es la forma m\u00e1s compleja de fabricarse; por eso, en esta construcci\u00f3n se estudia el cuerpo y su relaci\u00f3n con los materiales ,siluetas ,colores y procesos. Se involucran t\u00e9cnicas con fibras naturales, nuevos desarrollos textiles, artesan\u00eda tradicional y\/o t\u00e9cnicas progresistas. Aldea es la construcci\u00f3n de una voz interior abastecida por otras tantas aldeas.<\/p>

2012.<\/span> Nacimos. Comenzamos este camino al ser descubiertos por la Revista Fucsia, que nos hizo ganadores de su concurso \u201cSe busca dise\u00f1ador\u201d. Creamos nuestra primera colecci\u00f3n, llamada L\u00c1CTEA.<\/p>

2013.<\/span>Con nuestra colecci\u00f3n BAHAREQUE, sobre la construcci\u00f3n de casas a partir de barro, hicimos nuestra segunda pasarela, que presentamos en Colombiamoda.<\/p>

2014.<\/span> Carolina Sep\u00falveda, nuestra directora creativa, se hizo ganadora del premio “Best way of working with fabrics” de la IAF (International Appareal Federation), en Beijing.<\/p>

2015.<\/span> Fuimos invitados por la MICSUR (Mercado de Industrias Culturales del Sur) a Mar Del Plata,Argentina, para representar a Colombia, con nuestra colecci\u00f3n TRAZOS. Igualmente fuimos dise\u00f1ador invitado en el Honduras Fashion Week.<\/p>

2016.<\/span> Nuestras colecciones TABAQUER\u00cdA y ANTROPOFAGIA, fueron presentadas en Madrid, como parte de la invitaci\u00f3n que nos realiz\u00f3 la Embajada de Colombia en Espa\u00f1a.<\/p>

2017.<\/span> Presentamos nuestra colecci\u00f3n LA VIOLA CHILENSIS en el World Latin Trends de Santiago,Chile. Igualmente, fuimos ganadores de la primera versi\u00f3n del concurso \u201cMaestros Ancestrales\u201d,donde realizamos un trabajo de co-creaci\u00f3n con las comunidades ind\u00edgenas Wounnaan y Embera, del Choc\u00f3 en Colombia.<\/p>

2018.<\/span> Sacamos nuestra colecci\u00f3n L\u00c1CTEAII. Nuevamente, fuimos ganadores de la segunda versi\u00f3n del concurso \u201cMaestros Ancestrales\u201d donde realizamos un trabajo de co-creaci\u00f3n a partir de telares verticales, con las comunidades ind\u00edgenas del Valle del Sibundoy, en Colombia.<\/p>
