My name is Daniela Millan and I\u2019m a jewelry designer from Venezuela. I started to explore entrepreneurship unconsciously since I got out of college. I remember dreaming about it, but not knowing exactly what it meant. At that moment I wasn’t clear about my career path but I’ve always been the type of person who enjoys the creative process of conceptualizing an idea. For a long time I thought I was never able to make a living from my creativity, so I worked in the financial industry for several years trying to make a career that did not make me feel successful or happy.<\/p>

Leaving my home country was the perfect excuse to start again. I think being an immigrant is so much more than having access to good jobs or more opportunities, sometimes it is about finding yourself.<\/p>

My journey has taken me to live in several places in Mexico and the USA, and it is in this region where I have managed to establish and expand my brand. Living in these countries and experiencing different cultures has given me the chance not only to find new sales points or new customers, but to recruit the right talent that will help me to materialize my vision: A fashion company with a social impact in favor of women despite our small size.<\/p>

We are a Miami based fashion jewelry company that manufactures its products in Mexico. We are proud to work with a small group of artisans in Mexico City and Guadajalara since 2006. We are a female driven company that wants to be known not only for the beauty, originality and quality of our products but also for our values. A growing jewelry brand managed by women, with a solid belief that our people are the heart of our core business.<\/p>

Our proposal is based on contemporary jewelry focused on hand made elements using traditional techniques. We believe in the perfect fusion between design and craftsmanship, because design brings us closer to perfection and craftsmanship brings us closer to the heart. I feel my brand has managed to rely on the authenticity of Mexican tradition to create a product that meets the demands and aspirations of an international clientele.<\/p>

Paying forward to our community is something very important to us, for this reason we support She\u2019s The First, an amazing Foundation that empowers little girls to be educated, respected, and heard. Besides making a monthly donation coming from our profit we raise their voice through our social media channels and network.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Mi nombre es Daniela Milla\u0301n y soy una disen\u0303adora de joyas nacida en Venezuela. Comence\u0301 a explorar el emprendimiento inconscientemente desde que sali\u0301 de la universidad. Recuerdo haber son\u0303ado con eso, pero no saber exactamente lo que significaba. En ese momento no teni\u0301a clara mi trayectoria profesional, pero siempre he sido el tipo de persona que disfruta del proceso creativo de conceptualizar una idea. Durante mucho tiempo pense\u0301 que nunca podri\u0301a vivir de mi creatividad, asi\u0301 que trabaje\u0301 en la industria financiera durante varios an\u0303os tratando de hacer una carrera que no me haci\u0301a sentir exitosa o feliz.<\/p>

Dejar mi pai\u0301s de origen fue la excusa perfecta para empezar de nuevo. Creo que ser inmigrante es mucho ma\u0301s que tener acceso a buenos trabajos o ma\u0301s oportunidades, a veces se trata de encontrarte a ti mismo.<\/p>

Mi viaje me ha llevado a vivir en varios lugares en Me\u0301xico y Estados Unidos, y es en esta regio\u0301n donde he logrado establecer y expandir mi marca. Vivir en estos pai\u0301ses y experimentar diferentes culturas me ha dado la oportunidad no solo de encontrar nuevos puntos de venta o nuevos clientes, sino de reclutar el talento adecuado que me ayudara\u0301 a materializar mi visio\u0301n: Una empresa de moda con un impacto social a favor de las mujeres.<\/p>

Somos una empresa de joyeri\u0301a con sede en Miami que fabrica sus productos en Me\u0301xico. Estamos orgullosos de trabajar con un pequen\u0303o grupo de artesanos en la Ciudad de Me\u0301xico y Guadajalara desde el an\u0303o 2006. Somos una empresa impulsada por mujeres que quiere ser conocida no solo por la belleza, originalidad y calidad de nuestros productos, sino tambie\u0301n por nuestros valores. Una marca de joyeri\u0301a en crecimiento, con una so\u0301lida creencia de que nuestra gente es el corazo\u0301n de nuestro negocio principal.<\/p>

Nuestra propuesta se basa en la joyeri\u0301a contempora\u0301nea centrada en elementos hechos a mano utilizando te\u0301cnicas tradicionales.
